Cancellation Policy
Capture Your Light Photography – Booking Terms By booking a session, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. No photos will be delivered until full payment has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancel 7+ days before: deposit is retained, no additional payment required. • Cancel 2–6 days before: 50% of the session fee is payable. • Cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend: 100% of the fee is payable. • One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice (subject to availability). In the rare event that I must cancel, your deposit will be refunded or rescheduled. What’s Included Each session includes a fixed number of fully edited, high-resolution digital images (as per the service selected), delivered through a private Adobe Album via email. RAW (unedited) files are not provided. Image Delivery Your online gallery will be available for 30 days. Please download and save your images promptly. Files may be archived or deleted after this period, and re-uploading is not guaranteed. Usage Rights Clients are granted a license for personal use and small business/commercial use (e.g. social media, websites, newsletters). Large-scale commercial use, resale, or third-party distribution requires written permission and additional licensing. Photographer’s Use of Images Photos may be used for portfolio, website, or social media unless you request privacy in writing at the time of booking, or via e-mail directly. A smooth session. Please arrive on time, prepared, and communicate clearly. You are responsible for securing access to locations, obtaining permissions, to ensure the session runs smoothly. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm you understand and agree to these terms.
